Player Rewards Card

This Player Rewards Card is designed to reward players for time spent playing bingo and other gaming offerings at Chances Cowichan. It is a computerized program that runs independently within this location and it operates by creating and maintaining an indivdual account for each player.

REGISTRATION AND CONDITIONS

Qualified Player:
a) A qualified player is a person 19 years of age or older who is not part of the Self Exclusion Program
b) A qualified reward card is available only at the facility and distributed to players who have completed an application with valid ID.
c) Chances Cowichan and respective employees are not eligible to participate and may NOT scan any player's card.

Points:
a) Accumulated points may be redeemed for cash or merchandise.
b) Points are earned when a player scans their card during a visit.
c) Scan times are: 10:00 to 13:29, 13:30 to 15:29, 15:30 to 17:29, 17:30 to 22:29, 22:30 to 00:59.
d) Bonus points will be added during special occasions such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc.

Contest Co-coordinator:
a) The facility manager, or designate appointed by the facility manager, shall be the event co-coordinator. The decision(s) of the event co-coordinator are final and binding.

Issuance of Rewards Card:
a) Players must complete an application and produce valid ID.
b) The rewards card will be issued after security has verified the player is not self excluded.
c) If there is no activity on a card for six months, then the points on the card are returned to the program.
d) Players may only scan their own card.

Redemption of Points:
a) Points redeemed for cash must be in increments of $5.00 (5000 points).
b) Points redeemed for merchandise are on dollar value redemption eg. For a dabber at a cost of $2.50 then 2500 points would be redeemed.
c) Players can only redeem points from their rewards cards; players can not redeem points for someone else.

Other Conditions
a) The facility and Duncan Dabber Bingo Society are not responsible for lost, misdirected, stolen, destroyed, or damaged reward cards.
b) The facility makes no representations or warranties either expressed or implied, oral or written in respect to points.
c) The player will be required to sign an Application form prior to receiving the reward card and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the reward card.
d) The facility may at its sole discretion alter, amend, suspend, or cancel this event or amend the procedure at any time.
e) The facility reserves the right to publish the name, location and a recent photograph of the reward card holder in any medium without remuneration.
f) The British Columbia Lottery Corporation is not affiliated with this contest.
g) All rewards cards remain the property of the facility and Duncan Dabber Bingo Society.
