Sign up for a VIP Card!

The next time you visit Chances Kelowna sign up for a VIP Card at the Bingo Service Desk.

Points will be awarded for each visit (100 points) and will have an established value of $0.10 per 100 points. These points can then be redeemed for "BINGO CREDIT ONLY" and are available in denominations of $5.00. Double points will be awarded on your birthday and anniversary. Your VIP Card also allows you to enter facility contests and games!

Points may be redeemed at any time at the Bingo Service Desk.

The Management and Staff thanks you for your support and will continue to work to bring you, our loyal players, the best service possible.

REGISTRATION AND CONDITIONS

1) Only one VIP card per customer. Duplicates will be voided.

2) It is the responsibility of the member to scan his/her card during the posted session times.

3) Scanning others members cards who are not in attendance will result in the termination of membership.

4) Please inform us in the event of a name, address and/or phone number change.

5) Please inform the front desk in the event of a lost or damaged VIP card.

6) You must provide your VIP card, photo identification and signature to redeem points or to claim an instant win prize.

7) VIP member information is kept confidential and will only be used by Chances Gaming Entertainment and/or British Columbia Lottery Corporation for research and direct marketing purposes.

8) Birthdays and Anniversaries are Double Point Days.

9) After turning in your application you will receive a temporary card. You should receive your permanent card in the mail within approximately three weeks.
