Who we are.
The Alberni Valley Gaming Association (AVGA) is a group of 47 local charities who as a group, own and operate Chances RimRock Gaming Centre. Our Mission statement " Using ethical and innovative practices, the AVGA will support our Member Charities to build a vibrant, sustainable community."The AVGA thanks you for your support of Chances RimRock.
Feature Charity - Port Alberni Family Guidance Association
The PAFGA is a charitable non-profit society. We support families & individuals in pursuit of life goals while promoting emotional wellness. Since 1970 we have ensured that qualified professionals are available to teach & counsel individuals, groups & families experiencing life difficulties. We welcome children, youth & families struggling with grief & loss, parenting, conflict, stress or other life issues. No referral is necessary and all inquires are confidential. We are partly funded by Ministry of Children & Family Development, Gaming revenue & donations from our community.
